What an awesome restaurant! We were really struggling to find fresh seafood in Otranto, that wasn’t deep fried or had average reviews- which is bizarre for a town known for seafood. After finding this hidden gem, we weren’t disappointed - it’s as fresh as it gets! It is a local fish monger shop, however also runs a restaurant on the side. It’s nothing fancy, and they were literally gutting fish while we were eating, but it was all part of the experience. The service was lovely and the food was beautiful, tasty and fresh. Definitely come here if you’re staying in Otranto 🤌🏻Lived up to the high review score. Highlights were the mixed platter, especially the tuna steak; the swordfish and squid pasta. All the food that came out looked great. It gets busy quickly at weekend lunch times so go early if you want a table. Popular with locals.

We ate here twice during our one week stay in Otranto and both times we enjoyed delicious meals--a lunch and a dinner. The location is unassuming, in an industrial looking neighborhood but upon entering through the gate, you find yourself in a charming terrace with a refreshing breeze. The seafood is of the utmost freshness, with the pescherria attached. The alici marinati were plentiful and garnished with peppercorns. The pasta was perfect whether alla vongole or with mixed seafood. Our waiter, Stefano was engaging and helpful with his recommendations. The entire wait staff was very attentive and professional. We had a massive plate of fresh mussels with fried bread. Catch of the day with prawns,calamari, sardines and mystery fish. So tasty. I had sea bream. We had home made desert chocolate and almond and fruit crumble that was so light. Washed down with 1/2 lt if local wine. Emma who is English spoke fluent Italian and was a delight. There were lots of locals eating there always a good sign. If your staying at camp oasy park it's an easy walk or bike ride. Extremely good value for money the bill came to 63 euroAbsolutely love that place! First you are almost scared in which neighborhood you are. The moment you cross the gate everything changes. You are in a very nice garden with a great seafood for a wonderful price!

Really fresh fish and seafood, well and quick prepared. Perfect service. Better to make a reservation before visit.
The food was just amazing !! Hard to make it fresher than this, you literally choose your piece of fish, octopus and lobster before eating. The service was great, Nasri our server was super nice, patient, and gave us great recommendations. Highly recommend this place where all locals are going with their families.
In all honesty avoid the tourist traps of Otranto centro storico and come to this fish restaurant to taste some of the freshest seafood and catches of the day! We definitely recommend this restaurant to all fish lovers. This is the place to be for good fish in Otranto.

We love this restaurant, we understand Biagio is a fish merchant, his wife Emma is chef. I trust everything they serve. Sea Bass or Sea Bream are my favourites. The wine is inexpensive and good. We have been twice this holiday and will go again.
Originally found this place because it was open later for lunch after other places closed. What a find! Amazing fresh seafood, great service and a fantastic place. We went back again after our first visit and they cooked us a fresh fish from the fishmonger attached to their restaurant and made it into 2 personlised courses. Amazing!
Excellent fresh fish! Highly recommended for the baked mussels and sea bream. The sea bream was cooked perfectly! Crispy skin yet moist and flavourful.
